This foot soak contains Epsom, Dead Sea, Himalayan and Brazilian salts which contain essential minerals such as bromide, calcium chloride, copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium and zinc.
- Himalayan salt is still hand mined by tradition from ancient Himalayan sea beds once protected by lava and originally formed in the Jurassic Era over 250 million years ago.
- Dead Sea salt has been used for its therapeutic benefits since the time of ancient Egyptians when Queen Cleopatra had factories built on the shores of the Dead Sea for harvesting the salt.
- Epsom salt is not actually a salt, but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate that was named for a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England.
Herbs of Marjoram, wild-crafted White Sage and Lemon Balm along with essential oils of Tea Tree, White Thyme, Lavender, Clary Sage and Rose Geranium were chosen for their reputed soothing, refreshing and anti-fungal/anti-inflammation properties.

Directions for Use:
Place three (3) tablespoons of foot soak into a pot or heat safe bowl and add boiling water; steep 10 minutes. Pour the liquid into a foot basin, add cool water to a comfortable temperature to ankle height; soak feet 15-20 minutes. If not strained prior, light rinsing may be preferred to remove small bits of plant material; towel dry feet.
For a gentle massage, place marbles into foot basin prior to adding water and caress feet over the marbles during the soak.
